iPod with Myanmar Language
Is it beyond cool that someone has hacked an iPod so that it can accept the Myanmar Language, and display in it? I think it’s great, and people like this should be rewarded.

Well, yes and no. There’s trade blockades against Myanmar for good reasons (and i-Pods are not going to fix the problems).

I meant more that there is a person, not affiliated with any group, who has hacked this so that people can use it. I agree wholeheartedly with the sanctions, but as a friend just came back from there, working on getting the language to Unicode standard and meeting this gent, I think it’s fabulous…just that there are people out there who do things that better the world in their own way, versus trash it (long list there!
