Maternity Leave
My boss is gone for Maternity Leave, for six weeks or so. Anybody have any suggestions about how I can abuse what limited power I have temporarily gained?

Off-site group lunches in nice places as an effort to improve camaraderie among the troops. Really nice places. Covered by work.
