		<description>I've also found that my keyboard layout choice is thrown out of being Dvorak at seemingly random times.  I've not yet found what key sequence in Windows is doing this, but it sure drives me nuts for the moment it's happening.  Even worse, sometimes the language bar stuff down on the task bar leaves only the language selection, making it impossible to actually switch it back---but only for that particular window.</description>
