Enjoy the Holidays Without Gaining Weight
See, now, no one actually talks about this stuff. Most people just wave this off, but these are things that need to be pointed out. My only addition? Water water water. If I have a drink, all bets are off :-).
Edit…helps if I add the URL, eh? Enjoy the holidays without gaining weight

One word to loosing weight: veganism. I know that is a dirty word in some circles, many people in the USA don’t even know what a vegan is! I am not and never will be a vegan, but when I can I eat vegan. Go to holiday dinners and eat a first serving of ham, turkey, fish, whatever, only take seconds of vegtarian items. The rest of the time, even after the holidays, when home try to eat vegan, and when going out to dinner order as close to vegan as can be, at least in the USA some items labeled as salad have more food then entrée items. Be aware what you are eating, and the source. I’m down from over 210 to 180 since Zoë was born and I feel less sleepy in the day, even though I got more exercise before.
At the same time I started trying to avoid high fructose corn syrup. So maybe it has nothing to do with veganism.
