		<description>I think Red Hat used to prevent people from making copies of there OS by preventing people from using there trademark "Red Hat".  Then things like &lt;a href="http://www.whiteboxlinux.org/" rel="nofollow"&gt;White Box Linux&lt;/a&gt; started to spring up.</description>
